hi there! moving out of my amazing room on the 1st, and need someone to take over. It´s a contemporary flat, in an old block of flats. Very safe, very clean! My housemates are also amazing. Helpful and kind, and also clean. The room, like the rest of the flat, is fully furnished. The room has a super king size bed (no jokes!) The flat has internet and a landline, a maid who comes once a week (and does laundry, ironing etc as well) and prepaid electricity. all this adds up to around 350R a month. internet is uncapped. Location-wise, it´s a 5 minute walk to the waterfront, tons of bars and restaurants. There are three grocery stores a few minutes away. Public transport and a gym are also very conveniently close by. It´s very close to city centre, costing about 30R by taxi. took me 6 months to find this amazing place, but i have to move for university :( feel free to ask me whatever questions you might have!
